I also have links to some of the products on this page that work and some that don't.
What is Sleep? The brain is divided into two parts. One part of the brain controls the body's breathing, the other part controls the muscles in the body. The brain controls breathing through the vagus nerve and the muscle control through the spinal cord. The vagus nerve, located near the base of the spine, connects the brain to the lower stomach, which connects to the small intestines and the stomach itself. The spinal cord is an elaborate bundle of nerve cells in the spinal cord, which is in the lower body, which leads to the upper body. The upper body is not always visible in the body. For example, the lower body is hidden when it is lying on the bed or when sitting up, but the head and the arms are seen when standing. The two spinal cord nerves are joined through a small opening between the spinal cord and the skin, called the spinal canal, which is about the size of a quarter. The spinal canal is not completely separate from the skin. There are some areas that connect the skin to the spinal canal.
